RETURNED MERCHANDISE: All returns must be authorized by USA Cycling Apparel
prior to the return of the merchandise.
- Requests for return will only be
accepted by email to Info@USACyclingApparel.net.
- Return authorizations (R/A's) will only be issued for products in new
condition, and for merchandise shipped within the past thirty (30) days from
USA Cycling Apparel.
- Please ship your return package using a prepaid, insured,
traceable method to

- Your R/A number must be
clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
- A note of explanation must
accompany your return, along with your name, email address, phone number and
original invoice number.
- Upon receipt of a merchandise return USA Cycling
Apparel reserves the right to inspect for use or misuse, and to determine
whether full, partial, or no credit is due.
- The original shipping and handling
charges are only refundable in the case of defective merchandise.
