RETURNED MERCHANDISE: All returns must be authorized by USA Cycling Apparel prior to the return of the merchandise. Requests for return will only be accepted by email to Info@USACyclingApparel.net. Return authorizations will only be issued in the case of defective product, so please look at the sizing chart prior to ordering. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to USA Cycling Apparel, Returns Department, 650 S. Taylor Ave, Louisville, Colorado 80027. Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of your box. A note of explanation must accompany each item, along with your name, email address, phone number and original invoice number. Upon receipt of such goods, we reserve the right to inspect for misuse, and to determine whether repair, replacement or an adjustment is due. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
